A few simple policies keep the studio calm, fair and running on time. Please read them before you book so nothing is a surprise.
What to know before you book
Cancellations
Please let us know at least 48 hours before your appointment if you need to cancel. Bookings cancelled inside 48 hours are not eligible for a deposit refund.
Class cancellations
Makeup classes need one week of notice. Bookings cancelled after that point are not eligible for a deposit refund.
Deposits
A deposit secures every appointment and applies toward your final total. The price shown for a service is the price of the service, never the deposit.
Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, debit cards and cash. Affirm is available at checkout on Vagaro for larger treatments.
Arrival and access
Please arrive a few minutes early. Appointments run one at a time, so a late arrival shortens your own service. The studio has disabled access and WiFi.
Patch testing and children
We do not perform patch testing. If you have known allergies or sensitivities, tell us at your consultation. The studio is an adults-only space, so please do not bring children.
Hygiene and safety
Single use, sterile tools are used on every procedure, and the studio is held to medical grade hygiene standards. Daniela holds current American Red Cross Bloodborne Pathogens training. Your safety is never treated as optional.
